Sofiya, clearly you have a barrow to push wrt RUM and I wish you good luck however technically and commercially IMO the STB team is more than a match for Muller et al. Each to his own but I suggest you check out the track records.

I would not be surprised if the IFC or the World Bank got involved in the provision of STB finance. While this would be a great plus for STB and the project, it also would be effective in making the Eritreans behave.
