SUMMERSET DIVIDEND REINVESTMENT PLAN
The Summerset Board of Directors is pleased to offer Summerset's ordinary
shareholders residing in New Zealand and Australia the option to participate
in the company's Dividend Reinvestment Plan (the "Plan").
This Plan has been established to enable eligible shareholders to reinvest
some or all of their dividend payments into new ordinary shares in Summerset,
free of brokerage charges.
The following documents will be mailed to eligible shareholders today in
relation to the implementation of the Plan:
o Letter to Shareholders
o Dividend Reinvestment Plan Offer Document
o Participation Notice
The Plan will apply to dividends declared and paid by Summerset from the date
of the Offer Document.
