Only problem is because there won't be a massive crash everywhere many bears like Sero will continue to miss out as they won't realise incomes have caught up and another future boom will begin.
Don't you think it's a tad early to be calling the market, and peoples' reaction to it, in ten years time? ten years of a flat market have little appeal to most investors anyway.
Why not take each day as it comes? Personally I don't have the slightest interest in what might happen that far out.
