Chucke - you are 100% correct I reckon. The market is just in a wait and see mode. I have no idea how the decision will go tomorrow but like everyone else I am hoping for a positive result. If we do, and we are in production we should have no problems seeing LYC back somewhere in the $1 territory before too long and then we can look forward to phase 2 kicking in.
This whole saga has been an incredible lesson in patience however and will serve me well in my investing decisions in the future. Never again will I take a companies legal hurdles and sovereign risk lightly.
