Depends on your investment strategy hanrahan - if you are investing on rental returns a flat market is irrelevant. As for my opinion on peoples reaction well you only have to look at the blind mantra of some to see what the likely outcome will be for some.

Why do you think I don't take each day as it comes. That said long term planning is essential but as always that will change depending on your age.
