Nobody knows what tomorrow's decision will be. But it has to be treated as a 50/50 shot. Yes or no. TOL suspension lifted or not.
The market cannot be pricing in any decision tomorrow as it is a judicial one, not even a government one that may have been leaked. I'm sure that Judge Mariana Yahya will not be leaking her decision.
And speaking of that - does anyone know what time the court decision is being given?
