    "The problem here is it is so easy to oversupply the world market with Scandium".

    The key is off-take agreements. Thus the market cannot be oversupplied.

    It is not so easy to oversupply the world market when supply contract is locked in.

    MLM will only build a mine to service pre-existing offtake agreements.
