Ha ha that is hilarious the bears do it here day in day out yet where is your lecture for them!
I'm not a bear, I'm agnostic. I own my house and am neither buying nor selling. What gets up my nose is that you have a binary outlook: If we are not active investors we are idiots wasting time waiting for prices to "crash". [You deny this, and maybe I'm wrong] It always looks as I'm included in your generalizations. I don't get that sense from the bears although I would endorse little of what they say.
