    Time is fast approaching when the Dec '12 options will be worthless. When will we receive update as to how the possible JV and restructure is going? As there is no trading allowed anything advised at the moment is not market sensitive so why not give us regular updates. If there are problems then give the shareholders advice as to what the problems are. Bernie
