Arafura, ASSUMING you're telling the truth and Ce has slipped 3.3% what would the effect on the basket price be??
It's 47% of the mass @ $16/kg or about $7.50 of the basket price. Discount by 3.3% is a $0.25 drop in the basket price. You claim the change is $0.87
So your current distortion of the effect is by a factor of over 3!
Guess in which direction.
