I have forwarded this letter to the Hon.Bernie Ripoll,MP, Parliamentary Secretary to the Treasurer, on the 7th November, 2012. in response to his reply to me on the 1st November, 2012:-

Thank you for your letter of the 1st November, 2012, in which you replied negating my letters of the 4th September, 2012, and 11th September, 2012.

However, I forwarded more correspondence with important aspects for investigation into CuDeco(CDU) trading on the 29th September, 2012,and the 4th October, 2012.

Surely, this critical information concerning malpractice in the Australian Securities Exchange(ASX), would warrant at least a Parliamentary Enquiry.
