    Glencore owns about 12% of Ironbark Zinc (IBG) I think and they have a director (David Kelly) on the Board.

    They provided a US $50 million funding facility (convertible notes) for Ironbark to pursue acquisitions. Glencore in return received off-take and marketing agreements from IBG (in addition to an even greater share of the company if the convertible notes are exercised).
