To me...as one brought up on NPK, it is both the amount, and the grade of potash, close to population centres.
I think we would all agree that the Eritrean people deserve and merit, not to mention actually own the deposit, that they get their share.
Roads, hospitals, schools, education.
I guess it could be described as a "fluid" situation, being handled with delicacy, tact and foresight.
While we wait, I suggest some Wilbur Smith to open our mind, to the mind of the African.
