JH had the SP up to 24c with just the news of BG drilling some Coal. The rest of the land was 100% clenched in the fist.

We have now given away 70% of our prospective acreages and received nothing for it.

This bull crap of $37 an acre. Where ?? How ??

    No one received a cent.

They are willing to spend $48 mill to see if there is something there, then we have to chip in. Full stop.

Anything spent over that is the cost of developing a find which is involved anywhere.

There is no deal here of $37 an acre.

The market knows this is crap as do I.

    People are not silly.

I have shares but I am not going to sit here and be delusional.

There is huge risk here for CTP.

We now have to wait and cross our fingers that Santos and Total find something in the first 12 - 18 months for our SP to increase so that people may cash in their oppies to get some spondooli in for Cottee's wages.

These Gorillas got the deals of the Century IMO. We should be $50 mill better off in our account IMO minimum after dealing with both of them. SP would then be 50c as we would be able to exploit Surprise immediately.

Hopefully Palmer stumps up some cash for the Coals. At least 30mill and we retain a % free carry.

Then off to Mt Kitty, Madigan and Surprise if we still own 100% of them.

JH could of done these deals ages ago.

    This is Modern Financial Rape.

Cottee is an Economic/Financial Hit Man IMO.

    Prove me otherwise.
