You are not going to attract many friends by saying these sort of things mate. That's for sure.

Only conjectures and ramping galore will do that.

I am staying/sitting on the sideline for now, and see what will unfold. But my concerns are in what those two JV's could have got us into. Especially when no moneys at all come into our Bank Account.

As for the possibility of raising debts finance, it is all very possible. But, IMO, no one will lend us money if we don't have some solid reserves booked in place first, nor if we don't prove what Surprise RH1 is capable of. And we will need money for that to happen.

So, IMO sitting on the sideline for the time being, while the shareholders have a go at each other, is the way to go.
