Good morning!

For some reason the given link in my last posting, to see the present position of the rig Transocean Marianas drilling offshore Ghana, does not show the present position, but an older one.

Anyway, I found a way how to see it were it is presently.

The following link leads to a page where you can see a couple of last positions of the rig. In the moment the latest date given is the 07th October 2012, very well "present time". ;-)

On the right you can see "show on map".

Click it and you will see the rig offshore Ghana.

I hope it will work the following days, too and we will see up-to-date data and positions.

As soon as speed is getting > 0 it's getting interesting.

Probably there will be an announcement of ENI and/ or Afren that they finished drilling.

Hope they drill faster than plannend!
