    Spot on Makwa - I agree. It really depends on the premium (if any with these market conditions!) the company can extract to validate if the convertible loan was ideal.

    I guess for consolation is the company has approximately $12.5m cash (as at 30 Sept) so there's no immediate need to raise capital.
