    The biggest asset is in the ground. If the plant has to be stripped and relocated to a more reliable jurisdiction that will occasion considerable cost and delay, but it is not impossible. Even if the court decides against Lynas, there is still a future based on demand for the product and a secure asset in the ground with minimal sovereign risk.
