It looks to almost be a certainty that they will resolve or at least continue to manage the issues they are having with the well. No real reason that the share price shouldn't climb back above 4c.
The best thing about holding BUR is that the quality of the market updates are second to none. I've rarely seen announcements that more clearly explain the situation - not just from a technical view but also conveying the general mood and expectations of the company.
