SunnyJim, dictators can be "shot down," murderers can be jailed, bad parents can have their children removed from them, criminal can be punished, war criminals even more so... by their own people and their own legal system and not pre-emptively. By your reasoning I'd have those people whom I consider dictators and murderers shot. But thank goodness I'm not allowed to. I'd have all sorts of people shot down, probably beginning with Sharron, and yes, Saddam, might well be on that list but then so would be a great many others. So, no, the dogooders do good. The no good doers do no good! They are the problem!
