I personally do not believe this is AVQ's interest....UNLESS the case is dismissed. The only reason we are not mining is because SMM have taken us to court, If they agreed to a JV and they dropped the case then we would be mining right away.
If another party came in, this would get very messy with SMm digging their feet in and draggin this through the courts forever.

It all adds up to me,
Unless something pops out of the woodwork, it makes a lot of sence.
