Rayz - I expect it simply means that they will be drilling horizontals in a different azimuth to what they might have done without the 3D so that they can optimally drill through natural fractures at the right angle and also probably potentially target clusters of fractures if they are of variable distribution. But I'm no rservoir engineer.
