Tiddler holders always fail to appreciate that money to fund this project does not come from them . It comes from institutions s and they are not an open wallet. They must be induced and courted. There must be clear and demonstrable upside and "waiting until its a buck" will see so those wallets slam shut. It is also unfair to ask for X$ at a buck when the average share price for the last 3 months has been 75 cent odd. They clearly need the money now. This is a logical and wholly understandable move
