Hi volcano87, nice to hear from you mate and thanks for asking!

hope all is well!

I have been offloading my kaboko position since shortly after the quarterly and from yesterday I am totally out.

Hence I was not posting or logging to the HC threads much!

Reasons is the delay in finance deal, I have made end of this year as the time to re assess, I have previously stated that December 2012 will be the time to make a decision.

It is clear now that this will drag further, and I do stick to my plans, regardless.

My opinion has not changed about the company or the management and this is only my trading/investment strategy so no advice given!

The finance deal look a little bit shaky now since there are problems regarding the ASX waivers, I have never liked those floating charges or the first ranking security. so in a way it is good on the ASX for checking this out. although I totally understand the management position on being keen on finalizing the deal.


Anyhow, all is good, if the situation changed and the finance situation becomes clearer then a new decision can be made, but a new one on its own merit next time around.
