GENERAL: VHP: VHP - Trust Deed Amended & Restated
Vital Healthcare Management Limited (the 'Manager'), the manager of Vital
Healthcare Property Trust ('Vital') today announced the filing of the Deed of
Amendment and Restatement of the Trust Deed.
Further to the announcement of 31 October 2012, Vital advises that the
Manager and Trustees Executors Limited in its capacity as trustee of Vital
have executed the Deed of Amendment and Restatement of the Trust Deed
incorporating the changes to the Trust Deed approved by unit holders at
Vital's annual meeting on 31 October 2012.
A copy of the Trust Deed, dated 1 November 2012, has been filed with the
Companies Office. Graeme Horsley and Claire Higgins are deemed to be, as
from 1 November 2012, the first Independent Directors elected by unit holders
under the new provisions of the Trust Deed.
A copy of the executed Deed of Amendment together with the amended and
restated Trust Deed will also be available from the Manager's office during
normal business hours, located at Level 16, AIG Building, 41 Shortland
Street, Auckland 1010.
