why ???

this is crazy why has the price dropped to .049 .. if sellers had half a brain and some patience then pen could have finished alot higher today. we have alot of people thinking the price will droip cause there is 2 many shares on issue, well i doubt that pen is going to drop much further , rich people are accum at these levels hold .... maybe pen will reconstuc the share later on to reduce the amount of shares.... im not sure if this is why ... can anyone tell me wether they think pen wil reduce the shares on issue in the future. do they need 2 ??? personally i think they wont , they will have the support and money to bring them over the line , they are doing it already .
