Citi and other insto players have accumulated 10's of millions of shares in the past few months to sell into the expected price rise on this good news.

PALA also picked up 10's of millions of options when they underwrote the shortfall at end June this year, so my guess is they may have been selling into the price rise also.

PEN's SP has doubled in the past 20 trading days. My guess is we're in for a breather at some point. We will likely also see another spike up when the PTM comes, and best guess is that would be next week sometime.

I sold out late today and will look to retake a position next week when we retest for support......or jump back in if things fire up early!
