Just thinking it might be great for me if it gets voted down after all. Let's see what would happen in that case. no money left so no exploration so sp tanks even further. Probably sub two cents.

Then maybe a director or two resigns...price probably drops even more.

By then no more need for a resolution due to various reasons...raising happens again except this time I get it at 1 to 1.5c automatically. It'll be done thru my broker again of course because noone else is interested.

Not so great for existing shareholders though.
