Why now ...... what am I missing?
Isn't it strange to dilute at such a low price ?
Straight after an announcement nwhich should set the company SP flying.
Another week or two and who knows LYC might of got another 20% for those 200 million shares.
Is LYC that desperate for the extra cash that they need it in such a hurry?
Is it that LYC management don't think the SP will move significantly enough over the next 12 months to entice insto's unless you give them away in a SPP at rediculously low prices?
Nice to have the cash in the bank and all, but more dilution !!!!!
