LYC continually a shorted stock.
TOL issued but then somehow a group of locals with ZERO evidence manage to bring a billion dollar project to its knees and get TOL suspended.
SP plummets to mid 60's during
TOL delayed and delayed.
Trading halt called Nov 8 pending court case.
TOL suspension lifted.
LYC announce TH to be lifted for 10min of trading.
Price rises ~ 10c
Apparently 3.7 million shares short sold during the 10minute price rise.
TH called again post close to announce cash raising.
Price likely to drop due to CR back or less than 75c
Question - can someone find out the average price of the short sold shares in that trading window
Question - does ASX ask LYC why both announcements not released at same time. What was the purpose of the 10 minutes.
If the lame excuse of to push the price higher to reduce dilution is used, it seems that this may share price manipulation anyway, as
THE COMPANY NEW OF THE IMPENDING CASH RAISE AND FAILED TO DISCLOSE THIS TO THE MARKET.
