If a no vote gets up, the question is what effect that will have on China and perhaps more importantly Africa in terms of their decision making. Issues such as the permit/convention, dragging things out until we run out of funds and capitulate, perhaps even working around us.....we don't know.
It is possible that China may up the bid. I acknowledge that of course.
I would also add that if a No vote gets up, then I assume that it is because the Hedge funds are on board. If they are, then they would be for a reason.
Is just a question of each individuals comfort with the risk/return. As you know, I took the road of adding to my position as I think it is easier that way than a No vote getting up.
