Agree fully JT. But, W.A. might finally be seeing the light of day where they have failed miserably until now. Their domestic energy availability and cost are the worst in Australia.
Now, while W.A. is finally understanding the importance of securing supplies by supporting exploration companies, what are the three states who have traditionally been blessed with abundant gas and coal supplies doing? You guessed it, they are killing the goose that has laid the golden egg, with moratorioums and crippling regulations. Sure, they will keep the greenies happy, but the eastern states are going to pay a very heavy price.
Only have to look at the U.S., they won't be exporting any of their gas and oil until they first satisfy all of their own requirements.
It will be very good news for the C.B. shale developers, but the eastern states communities will suffer the consequences.
