F&F, we are voting onthe SG deal in the same instance as the second strike & spill resolution, my understanding is that the second strike means nothing if the spill resolution doesnt get voted +50%, secondly the 600k break fee I believe applies in the event of shareholder rejection for reimbursement of costs to SG given that they were pursued by FML & not the other way round, or at least thats how it seems.

Seperately this will cost us much more than 600k, probably over a million by the time the negotiations & PR are factored in. I cant see the current BOD challenging the break fee on the basis of the offer being revised by SG, perhaps something a new BOD could look at.

I cant believe the board are spending more of our money running surveys to see what we think of this debacle, they'll find out the answer soon enough. If they ask me I think I'll tell them I'm voting yes to give a false sense of security.
