Here is a time line to consider, if the hard plastic shell microtiter plates have proved superior to the more expensive membrane ones. IMHO in the simplest scenario, that data would now be in the hands of participant company(s). There maybe a couple of months of inhouse application investigation and upto another 3ish for 501k apps tied to a concurrent market and production plan, and then a marketing rollout - with a signature and SP response in there somewhere. [NB: for R&D apps, while they help, there can be no requirement for 501k]
