Insto Offer fully underwritten by JPM and also part of the SPP 50% ie $25Mill of the $50Mill, subject to the LR 7.4 approval.
One factor is if (an)other big boy(s) has a go at JPM and the LYC sp by shorting according to retail investor sentiment concerning the SPP and way in which it has all been conducted. Thinking though that they leave each other alone.
JPM get their 1st tranch settlement on Thurs 15th Nov and 2nd tranch Thurs 22nd Nov BEFORE the SPP.
Will JPM be concerned about making the SPP look favourable to retail investors when they have some more cheap shares up for grabs $25Mill worth to be exact?
I am in the camp that thinks the SP will continue on up - JPM have been underwriters before on at least 1 occasion and that was in 2011 - the sp recovered after an initial drop the day after the announcement and then continued on up to new highs.
