there are time limits on this transaction being completed.I think a 3 month delay with no BOD will exceed that,even if shareholders voted for the deal,there would be no-one with legal authority to transact the deal.
As always i could be corrected on that.
The vote could be yes,yet no BOD to transact it within the appropriate time.
Tell me then shareholders and the company would be up for $600k.
