Hi Bouhr, I think the vote will be the best thing to put arguments at rest.
A YES vote will mean that the majority view will get the deal across the line.
A NO vote to get up would require a massive effort from hedge funds and big investors as well as retail investors. Both in votes and as individual shareholders. IF a NO vote has the power to get up, you can bet your notion dollar that a strategy is in play and there may be a card up the sleeve.
If counter bidder possibilities still exist, and I hope they do just not confident in it, then that too will surface.
So I am comfortable, very actually, that this all will play out the best way possible.
I think everyone wants the best financial outcome possible, it is just the means that is being debated.
