Check the Annual Report for T20 holders & Director's interests.
He has held all the stock in his super fund, just shy of 10M. Directors SH's show a total of 16M but I image that includes the 10M under his control in the Super fund.
He also has 30M options so doubt he'll be buying on market any time soon.
Same applies to Forde, Davidson & Klein with 3 to 4M each.
From memory they just stopped the issuing of options to Directors but NC's certainly got his fill. Fully exercised he has circa 2% of equity.
