I also reckon they will pay a 2nd dividend in March (don't forget the directors have quite a few shares themselves). I think they will also make sure we keep a healthy cash balance - just in case we hit some bad times in the years ahead.
Its not a bad idea to build up the treasure chest in the first few years of operation and looks almost certain that the mine life will be extended by 5 or so years after all the latest drill results are analyzed.

So, I think the medium term plan is to pay out 30% of the profits in dividends and then use the rest to build up a kitty and expand the company.
