Have noticed the last few weeks there has been a discernable change in sentiment-a lot more people at opens and auctions. But what has been most intriguing is the feedback Ive recieved from talking to people.
At least 3 different couples Ive chatted to lately basically explained the same thing-that they have been sitting and waiting for property to crash over the last 4 years, but now fear this is as low as it is going to get and have decided to buy.
I have oftened wondered how many others are sitting waiting on the sidelines...waiting for the herd to change direction? What is the bears are wrong...
