it all about panic sale , it does not reflect the fundamental of company assets...
last ANN was clear that company is going to reduce the costs of production, until the spots price of "U" gets better, however, PDN has long term clients and PDN has made commitment for supply "U" to them with a contact price and upfront payment...
We see , next a few days ...
