I fully agree with you.
IMO, the underlying value are ECT's patents. One would imagine other companies are running the ruler over these.
$20 or so million is all it currently needs for a company to take out ECT
So unless ECT perform quickly -sign a major deal with coal and steel companies - IMO this will happen.
And who would do this - maybe an Indian or Chinese operation?
Just a thought, but the environment is now a major priority coming out of the current People's Congress
