im bearish on property but i agree on the chance for capital growth and rental returns in ardrossan.

good example of one of those little property highlights in my opinion. state government will support this for sure after messing up OD.

i see on realestate.com that there are some recent developments there with quite cheap land and potential for low outlay, good capital growth chances & the biggie: positive cashflow
