Not sure what I'm missing with this one -
The insto buyer consider 75cents to be a good buying price, perhaps to support client shorts, or genuine investment. My guess was a buy and hold.
Having said that, they would have known the 2.5% discount to VWAP - introducing some doubt.
My guess would be you will see further price pressure until COB tomorrow, as investors happily sell off their stock, with the hope of buying in once the price settles around issue value. If I was buying, I'd wait until the 5 days was up, discount the average by 2.5% (provided) and buy around that mark.
LT buy , ST (i.e until tomorrow) sell.
