Hi Doto and SLAMPOIL

Afraid I agree with SLAMPOIL and now got PC back and re read State agreement which says

"The State Agreement allows appraisal work for gas discoveries to be credited against
ongoing statutory work commitments for adjacent Permits, allowing work programs to be
optimised for the efficient and timely development of the Permits’ gas resources."

Now if appraisal work is done for OIL???? AND NOT GAS as in the first line...(not sure how I would define such work tho...if at all possible) does that qualify for adjacent permits work programs to be delayed to keep permits or not .

Reread of agreement really does ONLY emphasize GAS which is as remembered
