1. Question to ask, does Warren Buffett and Berkshire Hathaway (Business Wire) still have contracts with CBox?
2. Does your company make money?
3. Could your company afford to pay a loan?

As to raising money, why don't we have a convertible note offered to all shareholders with the note being interest paid monthly to all note holders for 24 months or 36 months. On exercise of the term, the note holder has the option to have his money back or convert to shares. This way every one has the opportunity, not just a select few. Then cash will be king.
I did this a long time ago with Ross Horley, so why can't we do this again?
