recko imo I think this lot will burn through that cash, I am only banking on half that number (ie $8mil)
The more I look at, it the more I cannot ascribe immediate value to Talon.
However chatting to my accountant mate, he believes I would be better served with a lower, up front, evaluation assigned to Talon shares. Which means true value would be realised post the transaction date.
The realised value would take x amount of time and would need management to sell the story hard to the investment community.
LoL and we all know our track record in that arena.
I am concerned that the new entity (Talon) will not have sufficient cash to start its new life.
