18.5% discount aint too bad, have been in some property companiews and the discounts they are offer are far more ridiculous, i would be interested to know who the instituions are, hopefully not good old fructose company from taiwan or wherever it was like the last placement these guys did, hopefully some reputable instituions (not sure if there is such a thing though)
