    One further item, if anyone can help.............

    Item 18, schedule 5 of the Scheme Implementation Agreement talks to the permits of CRC.

    My take on it is that if there is an outstanding objection such as the one notitifed by CRC, then CRC are unbale to meet their obligations and therefore the merger cannot (or should not proceed).

    Any lawyers out there that can set me straight (or confirm) this matter?
