I am a little confused.
Did you say you were selling your pax holding?

If so I learnt a long time ago, when trying to sell something it is best practice to highlight the good points of the thing you are selling and gloss over the negatives lest you lose your buyer or are forced to sell at a lower price.

If you are selling I would suggest that your posts have done you a disservice.

If however you are in fact buying, touché to you good sir you have done a sterling job on saving yourself a lot of money.

And I suppose lastly, if you are just adding to the general discussion then I welcome you're input.
